Injury update feb 2009

Since the last time I posted about my injury I continue to be able to play. I have noticed however that my shoulder is starting to stiffen up (if that’s the right way to put it) again and consequently have been doing my shoulder loosening exercises again which do work.

I guess that just goes to prove that you need to continue to do your physio even after you think you have sorted out the injury problem.
